For Such a Time As This: Exploring the Biblical Foundations for Faithful Gospel MinistryBeginning Sunday Feb. 4th, we will be offering a 6-week course on the biblical, theological, and historical foundations for carrying out faithful ministry. The course is open to all, and for those interested in potentially serving in a church office such as elder or deacon it is required. This class will replace our regular Sunday Morning Study for six weeks, after which we will resume our regular classes.
Among other things, we’ll be exploring questions like:
• Why should I trust the Bible?
• Why does church matter?
• What’s the mission of the church?
• What does it mean to be “catholic” and what it means to be “orthodox”?
• Why do we baptize children?
• What does it look like to live faithfully in a post-Christian era?
Study of the Book of John (for 7-12th graders) – led by Rebecca Healy, Kit Standridge, and Stephanie Weiss in the Blackbird Room. Snacks included!
From Genesis to Revelation Bible Survey (for children ages 4 to 6th grade) – The G2R Bible Survey explores the what, where, and when of God’s revelation. This prepares students to delve deeper into the why and how through the lens of the covenant—God’s promise that “He is our God and we are His people.” Join us in the Coyote Classroom for this terrific study led by Dianne Howes.
Looking for a way to get to know folks in the CCSF community, grow in your faith, and connect with your neighbors in Santa Fe? Then you should join a community group! We have groups that meet across the city (and a little beyond!) throughout the week, so there is no shortage of opportunity to plug in. Pick up a brochure with the group contacts and check out the map locations of the groups in the CCSF Plaza.
Keep up with new updates, activities, and happenings at CCSF!
In our current batch of devotionals, Charles Spurgeon, a 19th century British theologian and pastor, was known as the prince of preachers. He was captivated by the gospel of Jesus and the power of the Holy spirit to change lives. We will use some of his devotional work to learn, pray, and grow in the grace of God.

We started attending Christ Church in 2021. What brought us to the church was the solid Biblical teaching of the PCA. Now that we’re here, I’m also so thankful for the chance to serve alongside people who strive for excellence, a children’s ministry where kids of all ages are respected enough to be taught unwatered down truths of Scripture, and the beautiful people we can grow alongside who point us towards Jesus.

I moved from Dallas to Santa Fe on May 1, 2022 having visited Northern New Mexico for more than four decades. I knew of CCSF through Martin Ban and visited our church in August 2015 - Martin's last Sunday before his family move to Dallas. In November 2019 God told me that time had come to move to Santa Fe and for two specific purposes: to be part of CCSF and to extend His hospitality to anyone needing it in Santa Fe. The church has warmly welcomed me with open arms since my move in 2022; I love the intimacy of the CCSF family and her heart for our City Different. God has been faithful and gracious in bringing me to this amazing place. I can truly say I love our church!
~ Charlotte Medley
On our first Sunday, we heard the Gospel. Since that day, we have consistently heard the Gospel from the Old and New Testaments taught with grace and conviction. A famous pastor from the 19th century once said, “If you leave a church service thinking about how good the pastor was, you missed the mark. If you leave consumed with Christ, the pastor has been used of the Lord.” We have greatly benefited from the Christ-centered teaching at Christ Church Santa Fe. Please come and visit!

I started coming to Christ Church shortly after moving to Santa Fe in August 2022. The church community is one I wanted to join— one reflective of Biblical community. Not only are the members here fully devoted to Christ but also to one another, showing respect, grace, and support.
~ Harper Whaley
"We found CCSF the first month here in 2002 and became actively part of it. We love our church family. We attended CCSF's first service on August 11, 2002. We immediately felt excited and welcome and never looked back. My purpose is to glorify Him and enjoy Him forever."
- Jennifer Brenner
"We searched for the right church for our family for quite a while. The warmth of the people, strength of the teaching and activities of the children's ministry all drew us to Christ Church." God's purpose for them is "to serve Him, His church, and our community."
- John & Karen Weigle
"There was never a time when God was not a part of my life....I just wish He would send me an email explaining what I should be doing in my life! The best I can do now is try to let God shine through every aspect of my life..."
- Anna Veers
